Who am I?

Mike Kujawski – In a nutshell

First and foremost, I’m a proud father of three and a husband.

While navigating those two roles, I’m also the owner and Managing Partner of the Centre of Excellence for Public Sector Marketing (CEPSM), where I currently work as a senior consultant, trainer and professional speaker for major government, non-profit, and association clients in Canada and around the globe. My specialty areas include strategic marketing and communication, digital/social media engagement, social network analysis and social behaviour change marketing. My specific niche revolves around helping clients excel in the modern digital landscape through evidence-based research using social data, and by following a strategic planning process.

Through my consulting work I’ve been very fortunate to have worked across 4 continents, met thousands of people from a multitude of cultural backgrounds, and to have been familiarized with the modern challenges faced by a variety of industries ranging from health and the environment, to engineering and law.

The scope of my consulting work often includes organizational re-structuring, risk management, as well as staffing and policy recommendations to support the rapidly evolving digital channel.

Aside from consulting, I am also the co-Director of the Professional Certificate for Public Sector and Non Profit Marketing at Carleton University and recently co-created Brandon University’s Social Media Engagement Certificate geared specifically at the public and non-profit sectors.

I’m personally fascinated by the broader global societal and cultural-anthropological changes taking place as a result of digital media. I think we live in fascinating times and I love having the privilege of being able to do what I do.

Feel free to contact me if you’re interested in chatting about how I can potentially help you or your organization.
